Slow Food Break on Lake Constance
The Ark of Taste is a project of the Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity. It preserves foods that are in danger of disappearing, from old varieties to rare breeds of farm animals. On the day you arrive the Speiserei im Maier cooks four courses from them, with matching drinks. What reaches the table has a story, please do ask. Breakfast is served at your table.
