"LandZunge"
A strong pact for ensuring regional enjoyment
"LandZunge" is an initiative that supports the use of local products. Almost 80 restaurants are a part of "LandZunge", and farmers, producers, and other participants are increasingly joining this pact for ensuring good taste. The home region of "LandZunge" extends from the Allgäu to Oberschwaben.
Taste that represents the Lake Constance region
The iron law of "LandZunge" is the use of local products - not only the quality of the dishes but also the economic balance of the region benefit from this. This basic rule means that chefs and restaurateurs work closely together with their partners, for example butchers, dairies, and breweries located nearby. This accordingly increases the quality of the menu. That's why "LandZunge" is associated with the concepts "health-enjoyment-taste-gourmet".
Lake Constance tradition
"LandZunge" represents the most southern part of southern Germany. This area's traditions are combined with those of neighboring regions such as Switzerland, Tyrol, and Vorarlberg. Our restaurant consciously opens itself up to this meeting of culinary worlds. Here on Lake Constance, we make use of Baden cuisine, explore Swabian recipes, take a page from the Allgäu's cookbook, and look to our southern neighbors for inspiration.
What results are harmonious creations that combine traditional Lake Constance cuisine with suggestions from the surrounding region. The ingredients always come from close to home within 40 km of the lake. Come and experience this diversity in our restaurant!
